Before you start training with TRX loops, you need to solve one simple task - choose a suspension point. Sometimes this point can be located too high, and the length of the system will not be enough to perform the entire set of exercises. Either you need to make several turns to hang the system, for example, around a large-diameter hanger (as happens when training outside when attaching TRX loops to a tree branch or a pole), or the suspension point is too high and with each training to hang the loops you need to spend a lot of effort and time. To solve such problems, the TRX company released the Xtender extension cord. It should also be noted that in certain cases the own length of the loops may not be enough, for example, in the case of training, a set of exercises of which requires the possibility of free movements in all 360°. In such a situation, the TRX loop extender will solve the problem.

Installation of the extension is very easy, since all models of TRX hinges have a suspension attachment with a carabiner, which is used for hooking. In this way, tall trees, basketball hoops, spans of trusses in the ceilings of industrial buildings and other high suspension points become available.
