Today, the 4th generation of TRX hinges is planned to appear. Despite this, all improvements related to providing comfort and the ability to perform the entire range of exercises with the TRX suspension system were already made in the 2nd generation. As a result of the separation of the suspension mount and the loops themselves with an additional carabiner, it became possible to install a closing loop and ensure a minimum movement of the handles of the simulator (respectively, the straps for the legs). Such an improvement ensured the possibility of safely performing exercises with legs in loops, in particular: lunges, push-ups from the floor, bar, lifting the waist, bringing the legs to the chest, caterpillar. In addition, it became possible to conveniently perform all exercises in which the TRX loops are held by the handle with only one hand.

The suspension system PRO Pack-2 is structurally no different from the TRX Home hinges. With a small caveat that the TRX PRO Pack-2 has more massive buckles to adjust the length of the straps. The specified difference can only be called a disadvantage - it does not affect the course of training - simply the length of the loops is adjusted by pressing the buckle with three fingers instead of one! Thus, the PRO Pack-2 suspension system can be called a full-fledged alternative to the more expensive TRX Home hinge model. In addition, from our point of view, the PRO Pack-2 suspension system is optimal in terms of price-quality ratio.
