Loops for "suspension training" ("suspension training") were known as early as the 19th century. In the late 90s of the 20th century, the commander of the US Navy SEAL unit Randy Hetrick and his colleagues developed a "Y"-shaped suspension system during training in preparation for the operation. A few years later, after Hatrick's demobilization, they were offered an industrial model of TRX loops ("Total Resistance eXercise" - "Exercises with total resistance"). Today, TRX loops have become popular in the United States and around the world.
The key differences of functional loops are the possibility of training all muscle groups within one workout, and when performing individual exercises, not only the main muscle groups are involved, but also stabilizer muscles, which significantly increases the effectiveness of training. Training with TRX loops develops strength and endurance, is effective in building muscle mass, and at the same time develops flexibility. You can learn more about the training program from the disc with the training program (included in the delivery set).
An important advantage of loops is their compactness and the ability to exercise at any opportunity: in the office and on vacation - always having a small, convenient bag with TRX loops with you.
