Principle of operation
Levers rotating by 180 degrees, which can be adjusted in 10 different positions, are installed on both sides of the Inter Athletics Extra ST034-B multistation. The principle of the traction block: the load is transferred to the muscles through a system of cables and blocks with loads along a special trajectory. The cargo block is used as a load (burden). The total weight of one block is 100 kg and consists of 20 plates weighing 5 kg each.
