The InterAtletika LCAH-M color rubberized disk with handles is designed to change the weight of a barbell or dumbbell. It is used in combination with these equipment, and can also be used as a weight instead of a dumbbell. To prevent the disk from slipping off the bar during training, it is recommended to securely fix it. The disk has handles for easier carrying and putting them on the barbell or dumbbell. Thanks to the rubberized top layer, the disk will not damage the floor covering, exercise machines or the wall if it falls.
