Trampolines were designed for outdoor use in various weather conditions (rain, sun, strong wind), they are designed for repeated assembly and disassembly and long-term operation.
The frame of the trampoline is made using carbon fiber (Carbon Fiber). This material, thanks to improved strength characteristics, firmly fixes the shape of the trampoline, providing more volume for jumping.
The design of the trampolines is developed taking into account the increased repeated load, the geometry of the supports is created for the maximum distribution of the vertical load.
A distinctive feature of the design is double supports. The patented mechanism provides for double fastening of metal clamps-fixers to the W-shaped legs of the trampoline. The test results showed high indicators of the stability of such a structure under multiple critical loads.

The materials used have received European CE, TUF certificates, which are a guarantee of environmental friendliness and product quality:
- Frame pipes with a diameter of up to 4.2 cm have an increased strength limit. Galvanized. Use of chemical oxidation to enhance anti-corrosion properties
- Steel springs made of high-alloyed steel, corrosion-resistant and durable, with an increased elastic limit, reliably fix a PVC awning with a diameter of more than 4.5 meters. Galvanized.
- The protective mat for springs is made of several layers: a soft foam-like shock-absorbing layer covered with several layers of polyethylene and an outer layer of PVC.
- The material of the jumping cloth is called Permatron (Permatron) - an elastic material capable of returning to its original state under constant influence with different forces. Heat treatment of material fibers provides high tensile strength, resistance to material stresses.
Permatron is a moisture-resistant, heat-resistant material that is antiseptic and does not disintegrate from ultraviolet rays.
- The material of the protective net is mylar made of polyester fibers, it shrinks very little, this fabric is also slightly stretchable, has high strength and wear resistance, is moisture-resistant, and is resistant to ultraviolet rays.
